Different does not mean bad.

Today I am hit once again, that for the most part we all taught that being "normal" is to be aspired to.

We are taught from the time we are young kids that we need to do exactly the same thing, we wear the same clothes, have hair that is all similar.  But to me that is not good.  I am tired of our kids being conformed to live a very boring "normal" life.   That is why I homeschool my daughter and why I live the way I do.    I am sick of us being dumbed down into a life that has no passion.

Be different, be who you are!

Who do you think of when you think of people who are different?   Albert Einstein,  Thomas Edison, Steve Jobs. They never were normal, or even wanted to be.  But then again they made a difference.  They did something that no one did before or since.      We are all created to be different, to do something that no one else can. We are created to make a difference, find our passion and live in a way that we will never regret.  Time is the one thing we do not get more of.  Why we waste it trying to please others and be who they think we should be is beyond me.

Have courage to be the one God created you to be!!!

Deut, 31:6 Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the Lord your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you.”

Find Love

Find love

Love is most sought after thing in the world.  We buy items both small and large so others will love us and that we will love ourselves.  If I only lose weight or change my hair I will feel loved.  But the thing is we are already loved.  We were given a gift before we were born.  It has nothing to do with the way we look or the things we do.

According to the Bible God is love if we do not know Him we can not know love, which means we will keep looking for the love we search for. It can not be found in people or things only in the one who created us.

I John 4:7-11 Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. He who does not love does not know God, for God is love. 9In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him. 1n this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins. Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.

Turn on the love faucet.

Searching for love? What would it feel like to be accepted for who you are?
Its simple seek God, for He is the one who is all love and acceptance and wants to know you.  Seek Him daily we will then find love and acceptance.  Its like turning on the faucet of love.  You will then see it everywhere you go.
